	THE RUST ROOM The rust room is a double room with an ensuite bathroom. It boasts spectacular views over the pond, park and part of the garden. Period furnishing and beautiful plasterwork give this spacious room an atmosphere all its own. All our rooms are equipped with a television with either a DVD or video player, clock radio, current magazines, fruit, flowers and chocolates, towelling robes and tea and coffee making facilities.
THE BLUE ROOM The blue room is a twin bedded room with a handbasin and an adjacent private shower room. It is south facing and boasts a good view over the the front and paved gardens. All our rooms are equipped with a television with either a DVD or video player, clock radio, current magazines, fruit, flowers and chocolates, towelling robes and tea and coffee making facilities.
	THE LAVENDER ROOM The Lavender room is a double room boasting a king size (6ft) bed. This room has en-suite facilities which include both a bath and separate shower. With its high ceiling and sunny aspect, the large windows enables you to make the most of the views over the front gardens. Like all our rooms, the Lavender Room is equipped with a television, dvd player, clock radio, current magazines, fruit, flowers and chocolates, towelling robes and tea and coffee making facilities.
THE SITTING ROOM The large light Sitting room is reserved for the use of guests. It is south facing and boasts a good view over the the front gardens and shaped yew tree. It has comfortable sofas, a television and a table for games or work. A WiFi internet connection is available in this room.
